Over the past two weeks we have been working very hard to optimise our internal agency processes and improve (digital) efficiency.
This is definitely an ongoing challenge (battle) but is definitely made easier when using the right/best tools.
Luckily over the past 3 years I have developed an addiction to apps. When I say addiction I mean an insatiable desire to test every software app solution available, just in case.
I estimate this has added up to weeks (maybe months) worth of hours spent testing and playing with just about every website, social, data, e-commerce and business solution available.
Luckily this has always been a part of my daily work, otherwise I would be checking myself in.
So without further ado here are the winners of my personal app battles – and the jobs we are currently using them for @ Jaden Social:
Organisation & Productivity:
Accounts/Bookkeeping – Xero | http://www.xero.com
Payments – Paypal | http://www.paypal.com.au

Password management – Simplesafe | https://www.simplesafe.net/

SEO – SEOmoz | http://www.seomoz.org
Link tracking – Bitly | http://www.bitly.com

Management & Reporting – Sprout Social | http://www.sproutsocial.com

Twitter Management – Manage Flitter | http://www.manageflitter.com
Now that is a list.
There are plenty of other apps we use from time to time but this covers the ones we use on a daily basis. Yes we use all of these on a daily basis!
Hopefully this will give you a little insight into the technical side of running a Digital Agency and introduce you to some cool new tools which can save you alot of time.
If there are any apps we should be using that didn’t make ‘the list’ please let me know.
